This is one of my uncle's home made cookin today. Adobong Pusit or Small squid with soy sauce and chili pepper. Yum...Yum...

Sunday is always a family day. We talk, we laugh, we ask how's your weekend and most of all we eat bunch of food. My grandma goes to market early in the morning to buy some ingredients for our sunday lunch and mu uncle always bought his home made cooking. Its really good! He bought fried fish, adobong pusit, gulay na gabi and for dessert he made a buko pandan (a young coconut mix with cream, condensed and a pandan flavor jelly). My mouth is watering right now. I only eat the adobong pusit cause we only eat it when squid is available in the market and of course it has to be fresh, we don't want to eat a putrid squid for sort decayed. Sometimes there's no available squid in the market and sometimes its pretty expensive. Food is always the center of attention to our family cause who doesn't want to eat delicious food? Right?! We like start chatting during lunch time and ended at past 1 o'clock in the afternoon. We always say goodbye with smiles and we don't forget to say Thank You to each other before we part ways. Its always a good feeling being with the ones you love. Am I right?!
                  What's your Sunday like?

XOXO
CRLA
