Yesterday while Im sweeping our backyard I notice that there are little flowers. I look up and saw our avocado trees are starting to flower. We have three avocado trees in our backyard and when they produce fruits its really impressive. They are creamy, melts in your mouth kinda thing. We don't use it as guacamole, when we eat avocado we just half them, remove the seed and put a little or a lot of sugar from it or sometimes when Im not lazy I slice the avocado in cubes, pour some milk, add a little sugar and there you have it avocado with milk. It really tastes delicious and yummy especially when its cold. God I miss eating avocado fruit. I can't wait to see them produce their fruit, then we have to eat them! Of course we have to hire someone who can climb those trees cause their really tall. The trees only fruit once a year when spring season comes and I think by summer the fruits will come out and we have to harvest them. Yelp! We are lucky to have this trees planted in our backyard cause like I said they produce such quality and we don't have to buy at the market when their season comes. It's quite expensive. :)) I will just wait for them to fruit and its picture time for them. Yep!
