Simple Shrimp Pasta

Hello there! This very day my son and I are all alone in our home. Just the two of us and nothing else! Yep! Except for Flint Lockwood if you know what I mean. My son watch that movie two times a day. Since there's no one in our house but only me, I urge myself to make a pasta. Just a simple pasta I don't like it to be complicated or too fancy I mean I will eat it eventually and there's a shrimp leftover in our fridge. So here it is. Enjoooyyyy.....

I minced some 3 cloves of garlic, 1 medium size shallot and I bought a caned button mushroom just the medium sized one and I sliced them in quarters. I saute the garlic, shallots and shrimp.

I use a fresh shrimp not the frozen one and this is a leftover so its already cooked. I just peeled it except for the tails so its kinda look good.

Some cherry tomatoes. Luckily I found some at the supermarket cause its very rare to find a cherry tomato here in our town and I love it cause its so cute. Oh I put it at the end of the cooking so it will not wilt down I like it fresh and crisp. Oh yeah!

I decided to use a curly macaroni cause I'm tired looking at some plain old spaghetti pasta. I want a bow shape pasta but I have no success on finding it. Then I just bought  a ready mix of the sauce, Italian Style baby.

I add the rosemary while I'm sauteing the garlic, shallots, mushroom and shrimp its a dry herb so it has to contact with oil.

Tadah! Here's the finish sauce. I remove it from the fire and add the cherry tomatoes and pasta.

And it look's like this! Ohh its very tempting! Let's eat!

XOXO
CRLA
